Currently, we offer shipping within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time, but we are working to expand our services in the future.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your package through the shipping carrier’s website or through your account on our website.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Xandiro is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to issues with the shipping carrier or external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters). If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support [email protected], and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
